spooler not running

1. Start -> Run -> CMD, type "net start spooler"

or

2. Start -> Run, type "services.msc" then find spooler propertis click button Start. OK
 if can't start the button try this file:
- winspool.drv
- winspool.exe
- spoolss.dll
- folder spool
- spoolsv.exe
in directori " C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS"
